All tipscopywriting services are delivered digitally. No physical product is ever shipped. You will not receive a physical document, package, or item of any kind. All deliverables are provided electronically to the email address used at checkout.
Completed copy is delivered in a shared Google Document. This allows you to review the copy in context, leave comments for revision rounds, and share it with your designer or developer without any file conversion. If you require delivery in a different format -- Microsoft Word (.docx), plain text, Notion, or other -- specify this in your project brief and we will accommodate it at no extra charge.
We do not deliver via file attachment unless specifically requested. Shared document links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines refer to the window for the first complete draft, not the final deliverable. All timelines begin from the date the completed project brief is received and confirmed -- not from the date of payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Work does not begin on projects received after 3pm Eastern on Fridays until the following Monday.
The first draft delivery includes the complete copy document for the asset type(s) in your package. It does not constitute final delivery. Final delivery occurs after all included revision rounds are complete or the revision window closes, whichever comes first.

Revised drafts are updated in the same shared document as the first draft. We do not create new documents for each revision round. You will receive notification when a revised draft is ready for review.
The revision window for each round is 7 days from delivery of the revised draft. If no feedback is received within 7 days, the revision round is considered complete and the draft is treated as approved.
We notify you by email when each draft or revision is ready. Notification emails are sent from hello@tipscopywriting.com. Add this address to your safe sender list to avoid delivery going to spam. If you do not receive a notification email within the delivery window, check your spam folder and contact us immediately.
If a project requires more time than the standard window due to complexity identified during the brief review, we will notify you in advance and agree on a revised delivery date before starting. We do not proceed with work if the timeline cannot be met without your consent to the revised schedule.
In the rare event of an unforeseen delay after work has begun, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimate. We do not notify after the fact.
