One writer owns each project from intake to delivery. We do not split projects across multiple writers or run content through tools that change what a human wrote. One voice, one person accountable.
Every package includes revision rounds. You share specific comments in the document and we address each one. If the draft misses the brief entirely -- which is rare when the brief was complete -- we will fix it. We do not charge extra revision rounds for briefing failures on our end.
We focus on B2B services, SaaS, e-commerce, online education, and consulting businesses. We do not write copy for industries we have no experience with -- finance, legal, and medical copy have specific compliance requirements that require specialist experience.
The packages are the most efficient way to order, but single-service orders are available. Use the package builder and select one service with no add-ons, or contact us if you need something custom-scoped.
The express delivery add-on applies to single-asset projects only. It guarantees a first draft within 48 business hours of receiving a completed brief. It does not compress the revision window.
