By using tipscopywriting.com and purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of this website and all copywriting services provided by tipscopywriting, 6835 Richmond Rd, Solon, OH 44139, USA.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or purchase our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
tipscopywriting provides professional copywriting services including website copy, email sequences, landing page copy, sales page copy, advertising copy, and brand messaging. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped at any time.
The specific scope of each service is defined at the package level and, where applicable, through the project brief. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our stated service areas or that present legal, ethical, or reputational concerns.
All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed via Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown on the Stripe payment page.
The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout following server-side recalculation. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by Stripe and your card issuer.
Following payment, we send a project brief intake form to the email address provided at checkout within one business day. Work does not begin until the completed brief is returned to us. You have 14 days from receipt of the intake form to return it. If we have not received a completed brief within 14 days, we will contact you. If no response is received within 7 additional days, the order may be cancelled subject to the terms in our Refund Policy.
The quality of the copy we produce is directly related to the quality of the brief provided. Incomplete or vague briefs result in first drafts that require more extensive revision. We will ask clarifying questions before starting if the brief is insufficient.
First drafts are delivered to a shared Google Document within the delivery window specified for your package from the date the completed brief is received. Delivery windows are: Essentials (10 business days), Momentum (7 business days), Signature (5 business days priority).
Delivery timelines are targets based on standard project complexity. If your project requires significantly more complexity than typical for the package, we will notify you at brief review stage and agree on a revised timeline before starting.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions are intended to address specific feedback against the original brief. Revision rounds do not constitute an opportunity to change the brief after work has begun. Material changes to the scope, target audience, or offer during the revision phase may require additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Revision requests should be submitted as comments in the shared document. We address each comment specifically and notify you when the revised draft is ready.
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the final copy, you own the copywriting deliverable outright. You may use, modify, and publish it without restriction. tipscopywriting retains no rights to use your delivered copy for marketing purposes without your written permission.
You retain all rights to any materials, briefs, brand assets, or existing content you provide to us for the project. By submitting these materials, you represent that you have the right to share them with us for project purposes.
We treat all client project information as confidential. Project materials, briefs, strategic information, and deliverables are not shared with third parties outside the project team. If you require a formal NDA before sharing sensitive materials, we will accommodate this. Contact us before submitting your brief.

You agree not to use our services to produce copy for illegal activities, fraudulent offers, deceptive marketing, hate speech, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate a project and retain payment already received if we discover that the deliverable is intended for such purposes.
Our liability to you in connection with any project or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee specific business results from the use of our copy. Results depend on many factors outside our control including traffic quality, offer strength, market conditions, and implementation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.
